1. Event Overview and Ticket Categories
The “Feria de Sevilla in Miami” (the “Event”) recreates the vibrant spirit of the traditional Feria de Sevilla in Spain, featuring flamenco music and dance, Spanish gastronomy and Andalusian-themed décor. Public and private casetas (decorated booths) will offer food and beverages for purchase.

Adults: USD 45
Teenagers (13 to 20): USD 20 – Valid ID required at entrance
Children up to 12 years old: Free (proof of age may be required)
Event capacity is limited. Access is subject to venue capacity and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing any ticket, the purchaser and each attendee (collectively, “Attendee” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. General Admission and Included Experiences
2.1 Scope of Access. Each valid ticket grants access to the Event grounds only on the specified date and during the advertised hours. Tickets do not include reserved seating or access to VIP areas, private areas, or private casetas unless expressly stated. Entry into any private caseta is subject to the individual rules and invitation policy of that specific caseta and its proprietors.
2.2 Included Experiences. Admission includes access to:
- Main stage and performance areas with up to eight (8) hours of live entertainment.
- Scheduled horse show presentations.
- Food and beverage areas where items may be purchased.
- Free parking, subject to availability.
Attendees are strictly prohibited from approaching, touching, feeding or interacting with horses or any other animals participating in the Event unless expressly authorized and supervised by Event staff.
2.3 No Guarantee of Performers. The Organizer does not guarantee the presence of any specific artist, performer, vendor or activity. Programming may change without notice.
2.4 No Reliance on Promotional Materials. All promotional materials, advertisements, social media content and descriptive references related to the Event are for illustrative and informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee of specific performances, experiences, schedules or activities.
3. Ticket Sales, Payments and Platform
The Organizer is the legal seller of all tickets. Tickets are sold through an official third-party ticketing platform, which acts solely as a service provider facilitating sales and payments.
Ticket prices may include additional service or transaction fees charged by the ticketing platform. Such fees are non-refundable unless required by law. In the event of a refund due to Event cancellation, only the ticket’s face value may be refundable, and any service or transaction fees charged by the ticketing platform may be deemed non-refundable by such platform.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for technical failures, interruptions or errors of the ticketing platform or its service providers.
4. Ticket Policy, Refunds and Resale
4.1 Final Sale. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in the event of Event cancellation or rescheduling as determined by the Organizer and handled through the official ticketing platform.
4.2 Validity. Tickets are valid only for the specific date and Event indicated. Altered, duplicated or improperly obtained tickets may be voided without refund.
4.3 Lost or Stolen Tickets. Lost, stolen, damaged or duplicated tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
4.4 Refunds and Cancellations. In the event of Event cancellation, any refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the official ticketing platform in accordance with its policies and procedures and applicable law.
4.5 Resale. Tickets may not be resold for commercial or promotional purposes without prior written authorization from the Organizer. Unauthorized resold tickets may be invalidated.
5. Food, Beverage and Alcohol
Food and beverages are not included in the ticket price unless expressly stated. Alcohol service will comply with applicable laws.
The Organizer and vendors reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or whose behavior is unsafe.
The Organizer is not responsible for any incident, injury or damage resulting from the consumption of alcohol.
Outside food, beverages, alcohol or coolers are not permitted, except for approved medical reasons.
6. Minors and Supervision
Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The Organizer is not responsible for unsupervised minors.
Parents or legal guardians shall remain fully responsible for the acts, omissions and any damages caused by minors under their supervision.
The Organizer may request proof of age and deny access where age requirements are not met.
7. Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk
Attendees acknowledge that attendance at a large-scale public event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowds, physical contact, congestion, elevated noise levels, heat exposure, uneven surfaces, potential accidents and the presence of intoxicated individuals.
Given Miami’s climate and outdoor conditions, Attendees are strongly encouraged to remain hydrated, use sun protection and take appropriate precautions against heat exposure, dehydration or related health risks.
By entering the Event, Attendees represent that they are physically and mentally fit to attend and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, property loss or damage, including risks associated with contagious diseases or public health conditions, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
Attendees waive any claim against the Organizer arising from such inherent risks, except where liability cannot be lawfully disclaimed.
Basic first aid services may be available on-site for emergency assistance. The availability of such services does not constitute any guarantee or assumption of liability by the Organizer.
8. Schedule, Programming and Partial Cancellations
The Event schedule and programming may be modified, delayed or substituted without notice. Cancellation of specific performances does not entitle Attendees to a refund if the Event as a whole proceeds.
9. Weather Policy
The Event will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be granted due to weather conditions unless the Event is officially cancelled.
10. Force Majeure
In case of circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, including severe weather, government orders, public safety concerns or emergencies, the Organizer may postpone, modify or cancel the Event.
If postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If cancelled, refunds will be processed as set forth above through the ticketing platform.
No additional compensation shall be owed beyond the ticket face value unless required by law.
11. Liability and Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, the Organizer and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, contractors, vendors and venue operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
Any liability shall in all cases be strictly limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue or event property.
12. Parking and Vehicles
Parking may be available within or near Tropical Park, subject to availability and venue capacity. Attendees are solely responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the Event.
The Organizer does not assume any responsibility for loss, theft, damage or incidents involving vehicles or personal property located in parking areas, whether on-site or off-site. Parking is used entirely at the vehicle owner’s risk.
13. Prohibited Items and Conduct
Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, drones, fireworks or any item deemed unsafe.
The possession, use or distribution of illegal drugs within the Event premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
Unauthorized commercial activity, solicitation, sales, brand promotion, distribution of promotional materials or advertising by Attendees within the Event premises are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any Attendee whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, offensive or illegal, without refund.
14. Dress Code and Event Appearance
The Organizer encourages Attendees to embrace the traditional spirit of the Feria de Sevilla by dressing in smart and elegant attire, such as Flamenco dresses for women and suits or jackets for men.
For safety, comfort and preservation of the Event atmosphere, the Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to, or restrict access to designated areas or private casetas for, Attendees wearing excessively casual or inappropriate attire, including but not limited to: Bare feet or flip-flops (except for medical reasons), T-shirts or sports jerseys as the primary upper garment, Swimwear or excessively revealing clothing.
Private casetas and VIP areas may apply their own additional dress code requirements, which shall be independently enforced by their operators.
15. Security, Emergency Authority and Evacuation
All Attendees are subject to security screening and bag inspection. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry.
The Organizer may stagger entry times, temporarily delay access or regulate admission flow as necessary for crowd control, safety and operational reasons.
For reasons of safety or public order, the Organizer reserves the full right to restrict access, close specific areas, modify circulation, evacuate all or part of the venue, or terminate the Event in whole or in part without generating any right to refund or compensation beyond what is legally required.
Attendees must follow instructions from Event staff, security personnel and public authorities at all times.
16. Service Animals
Only ADA-compliant service dogs are permitted. Emotional support animals, therapy animals and pets are not allowed. Service dogs must be leashed and under control at all times.
Unsafe or disruptive behavior may include, without limitation, aggression toward people or other animals, uncontrolled barking, biting, jumping on other attendees, or failure to be house-trained. If a service dog behaves in such a manner, the Organizer reserves the right to require its removal in accordance with applicable law.
17. Photography and Media
By entering the Event, Attendees consent to being photographed or recorded and authorize the Organizer to use such recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.
Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted. Commercial use requires prior written authorization.
18. Data Protection and Privacy
By purchasing tickets, attendees consent to the collection and processing of personal data for purposes of event administration, ticket validation, safety and communication.
Customer data collected through ticket purchases may also be used by the Organizer for purposes related to the Event and future editions, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy available at www.laferia.us.
The Organizer may cooperate with the ticketing platform in the resolution of any disputed charges or chargebacks.
19. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Event, these Terms & Conditions, or the purchase or use of any ticket shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with its applicable rules.
Attendees agree that any such dispute shall be resolved solely in their individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding.
Attendees expressly waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action or representative proceeding, whether in arbitration or in court
Attendees further waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute related to the Event.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine the enforceability, scope and application of this arbitration provision, including any claim that all or part of this provision is invalid or unenforceable.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
21. Language
In case of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
22. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
23. Amendments and Updates to Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to update, amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updated version shall become effective upon publication on the official Event website or ticketing platform. Continued use of any ticket and/or attendance at the Event after such publication shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the ticket purchase and/or entering the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and agree to provide required personal information, including phone number, to complete the transaction.
